Dear Recruiting Partner:                                      

We are pleased to invite your organization to participate in the 15th Annual Fall Recruiting Consortium, a day of interviews to be held at the Executive Conference Center, 1601 Broadway, New York, NY on Friday, October 25, 2013.

This program offers your company a unique opportunity to interview a large number of candidates during the heart of your recruiting season from five selective private liberal arts schools:  Bard College, Sarah Lawrence College, Swarthmore College, Vassar College and Wesleyan University.  As a participating employer, you would have the chance to pre-select students you wish to interview; schedules are pre-arranged based on your selections.

By bringing candidates to you, the Fall Recruiting Consortium is an easy and perfectly timed program for screening candidates for full-time and internship openings.

To register for the event, please complete the online registration on or before Tuesday, September 3, 2013

How does the Fall Recruiting Consortium work?

--Register for the event on or before Tuesday, September 3, 2013 and provide descriptions of the full-time and internship opportunities available.  Each interview schedule will consist of 13 interview slots.  We recommend that you register as soon as possible.  Space is limited.
--EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION is due on or before August 12, 2013
--Students will review the positions posted and submit applications via eRecruiting by Monday, September 30, 2013.
--You will receive all student applications from the five schools on Tuesday, October, 1, 2013.
--You will then select your candidates to interview online.  Selection must include at least 1 student from each school plus additional students as preferred and a list of alternate candidates by Wednesday, October 9, 2013.    
--We will coordinate the scheduling of interviews and filling of alternate spaces.
--You will receive your interview schedule(s) by Friday, October 18, 2013.
--You will represent your organization at The Fall Recruiting Consortium on Friday, October 25, 2013 and begin your first interview at 9:00 am.

There is a $650 fee for participating for which you will receive an invoice via email once you have registered. The fee includes continental breakfast and lunch for two representatives per schedule at the Executive Conference Center building in Times Square.  Additional representatives may join you for $25 per person. Please register by Tuesday, September 3, 2013 and make checks payable to Bard College and include FRC Registration in the memo, if possible.
